Project Implementation
Focus of this project was on the one hand the generation of PDFs that serve all the important answers of patients to questions in an easy to read way. Patients can fill out the questionnaire digitally on their smartphones and even sign it. Questions include multiple choise, text and selection of areas within images and more.
The PDF was designed to make important answers easy to see on first glance and collect all the information of a patient in the blink of an eye for a doctor.
